Shotley Bridge Primary School is a two form entry primary school from Reception to Year 6 with a Governor led Preschool for 2-4 year olds. Preschool, Reception and Year 1 children are taught in our Lower School on Benfieldside Road and Year 2, 3,4,5 and 6 children are taught in our Upper School on Snows Green Road.
Our School Day
All classes are mixed ability with children taught the majority of subjects by their class teacher, with some interchange of teachers for certain activities e.g phonics.
